Shipping policy
Your orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 24 to 72 hours after validation of the order.
Please note that with the health situation related to Covid-19, some deliveries may take longer than expected.

In the event of an order outside the European Union, customs duties or other local taxes (local VAT, customs tax, import duties, etc.) may be payable. We have no control over these charges and payment is therefore your responsibility.
Exchange and return policy
If you wish to exchange or return an item, it is possible.
You have 14 days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or a refund.
It's up to you if you want: - a voucher for the value of the returned product
- an exchange for a product of the same value as the one returned
- a refund issued to the original method of payment.
Refund is given within 14 days after we receive the item.
Return costs are your responsibility.
For hygiene reasons, the earrings are neither taken back nor exchanged.
Please note that jewelry must be returned new and unworn in their original packaging.
For any exchange or refund, please send us an email at byminuit@gmail.com , indicating your order number and whether you would like a voucher, an exchange, or a refund.
Despite the care we take with our jewelry it is possible that an item arrives damaged, in this case you have 24 hours after receipt of the item to notify us by email at byminuit@gmail.com and request an exchange, a voucher or refund. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for the defective item.
